On shoot day, I’ll guide where needed but let real moments unfold naturally. Afterward, your hand-edited, curated gallery is delivered through a private online link for easy viewing, sharing, and print options.

How far in advance should I book?
Portraits are typically booked 4–8 weeks in advance; events and commercial work usually need 4–8 weeks for planning. Rush dates may be available depending on my schedule.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes — I’m based in Parker, Arizona, and available for projects throughout the Southwest and nationwide. Travel costs depend on location and scope.
What should I wear for portraits?
We’ll go over wardrobe during your consultation. I’ll help guide color and texture choices to match the tone and location of your shoot.
When will I receive my photos?
Portrait galleries are typically delivered within 3–8 weeks; events and commercial work depends on scope and editing requirements.
Do you offer prints or albums?
Yes — professional prints, wall art, and albums are available directly through your online gallery or upon request.
Can I get RAW files?
To maintain creative consistency and quality, RAW files are not released. Every delivered image is fully edited and ready for use.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Your session or project isn’t officially scheduled until the deposit is received. Full payment upon booking is preferred when possible.
When is payment due?
Full payment is preferred at the time of booking. If paying in two parts, the remaining balance is due before the shoot date. Payment details and accepted methods will be included in your booking confirmation.
Can I reschedule my session?
I understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate one new date based on availability. Please note that reschedules aren’t guaranteed, and deposits remain non-refundable.
How are commercial projects priced?
Commercial photography is quoted based on project scope, image usage, and production requirements. Factors like licensing, creative direction, and deliverables are all considered when building your custom estimate.
Do you include usage rights for commercial work?
Yes. Every commercial project includes a usage license tailored to your needs — whether that’s for advertising, print, web, or social media. Extended or exclusive rights can be added if required.
Can you handle creative direction or production planning?
Absolutely. As a creative director, I can help with concept development, shot lists, styling, lighting design, and overall visual direction to ensure your imagery aligns perfectly with your brand and campaign goals.
Do you work with businesses outside of Lake Havasu City?
Yes — I collaborate with brands and agencies across the Southwest and throughout the U.S. Travel and on-location production are part of what I do, and all quotes include travel and logistics where applicable.
What’s included in event coverage?
Event coverage includes documentary-style, storytelling imagery of key moments, atmosphere, and details — from preparation to candid interactions. Each event is tailored in length, approach, and deliverables to fit your needs.
Do you offer same-day or next-day turnaround for events?
Yes, expedited delivery can be arranged for select images or highlight galleries for press or social use. Rush editing fees may apply depending on turnaround time and volume.
